PlayStation Plus December lineup: five games from Dec 2 to Jan 5
PlayStation has detailed December’s PlayStation Plus Monthly Games, confirming five titles across PS5 and PS4. The selection is available from Tuesday, December 2 to Monday, January 5. The company also notes additional bonus titles in select regions, with availability varying by locale. As a separate reminder, November’s games can still be added to libraries until Monday, December 1. Below is a breakdown of what’s coming and what to expect from each game.
Lineup overview – platforms and dates
The table summarizes platforms per title and the common availability window. Regional differences may apply.
LEGO Horizon Adventures – PS5

This family-friendly spin on Guerrilla’s universe has you play as Aloy, with the option to unlock Varl, Teersa and Erend, each bringing distinct abilities. You’ll hunt machine enemies while confronting an ancient digital threat and a faction of sun-worshippers. The game supports online co-op and an innovative single-screen couch co-op that keeps both players in the same view. Levels can be replayed with changing conditions, and the Mother’s Heart community board provides village tasks to extend progression.
Killing Floor 3 – PS5
Tripwire’s action-horror shooter returns with 6-player co-op and wave-based encounters across multiple maps. Horzine’s bioengineered “zeds” flood the streets, while the rebel outfit Nightfall fields Specialists who wield distinct skills, weapons and gadgets. New traversal options – dash and climb – add mobility amid the chaos, and loadouts can be customized to suit different team roles.
The Outlast Trials – PS4, PS5
- Mode: Solo or 1-4 players online
- Premise: Abducted by the Murkoff Corporation and forced through Trials and MK-Challenges to earn release
- Core loop: Stealth, hiding, evasion – direct confrontation is not the focus
- Tools: Items that boost stealth, create escape opportunities and slow enemies, unlocked and improved through play
The structure emphasizes survival under pressure – whether alone or with teammates – as you navigate psychological trials and try to stay ahead of relentless pursuers.

Synduality Echo of Ada – PS5
Set in 2222, the world has been reshaped by a toxic calamity known as The Tears of the New Moon, forcing humanity underground. You play a Drifter tasked with gathering AO Crystals while working with your AI partner – a Magus. Surface runs pit you against Enders, hazardous weather and other threats. Gameplay centers on piloting your Cradlecoffin, coordinating with your AI, and managing risk in encounters where a single mistake can cost your mecha and supplies, which are then recoverable by other survivors.

Neon White – PS4, PS5
A speed-focused first-person action title set in a stylized Heaven overrun by demons. As White, an assassin brought from Hell, you compete against other demon slayers for a chance at a permanent place above. The key mechanic is Soul Cards – used to attack or discard for movement abilities. Stages reward route optimization and discovery of shortcuts to achieve faster times.
