Attitude returns to WWE 2K25 – five icons and a new Island arc

2K has released a new update for WWE 2K25 that revives one of the series’ most celebrated periods. The Attitude Era Superstars Pack lands with five playable characters and 50+ new moves and taunts. Pairing two of the newcomers also triggers a unique New Age Outlaws entrance. Alongside the DLC, the patch expands The Island with the Hall of Legends—a story-driven addition centered on a tournament and a theft mystery. MyFACTION also sees recent additions via the Eras Pack, while a new masked competitor joins the roster.

Attitude Era Superstars Pack – who’s in and what’s new

The DLC adds five wrestlers tied to the era’s on-mic swagger and in-ring risks, plus a slate of signature moves. The official trailer is here:

The Island update – Hall of Legends expansion

The same patch adds the Hall of Legends expansion to The Island (New Gen platforms only: PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2). After progressing to The Hall of Legends, players can interact with Goldberg and Nikki Bella to unlock them as playable across WWE 2K25 and begin an exclusive storyline. Note: this content is not available in MyFACTION.

The story centers on a tournament at The Hall of Legends. During the opening match, a thief steals priceless WWE memorabilia. Players team up with legends—including Goldberg, Nikki Bella, Diamond Dallas Page, and Trish Stratus—to chase clues, recover the items, and unmask the culprit.

MyFACTION – Eras Pack details and a retro AJ Styles

On September 12, the Eras Pack launched for MyFACTION with 8 Persona cards. Completing collection rewards and associated live events can unlock an additional 8 Personas. One example: finishing the Total Impact live event grants a 2000s throwback of AJ Styles with a short haircut and the “Get Ready to Fly” entrance theme.

Roster note – El Grande Americano

El Grande Americano is now playable for those with the New Wave Pack, broadening the lineup alongside the Attitude additions.
