Handheld Compatibility Program – clearer signals for portable play

Xbox’s Handheld Compatibility Program adds labels to help players find games optimized for handhelds. These markers now appear on product pages across Windows devices and in a dedicated handheld‑compatible channel on supported Windows handhelds.
